An Affirmation

“The Spirit Of God/dess is within me!”
“The grace of God/dess surrounds me.!”
This is an affirmation I repeat many times when I am in special need of a spiritual uplift. In the midst of turmoil, or as I tremble my way through a rough time, I find it necessary to say these words over and over.
At less stressful times, I’m often helped by getting up early int the mornings (which is almost daily with me) and sitting quietly, inhaling the fresh morning air as I visualise the light of the Spirit and Grace coming into me…. Then I exhale, I try to feel the Grace flowing out and around me, filling my world, and all those around me.
Daily Affirmation:
Today I will affirm a close tie with a Higher Power.
